NWiTA is growing and we are looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our exceptional changemakers community. In this role you will be a valued member of our Partnerships & Sponsorships team and will have the responsibility of managing and developing NWiTA's partners relationships. The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for identifying new key partners and developing the current partner communications channels.
Responsibilities
Build a sustainable partnerships strategy that benefits both NWiTA and our partners.
Work closely with our Marketing and Social media team to drive initiatives and enable growth.
Keep our partners engaged.
Identify new potential partnerships
Deliver results against quarterly and yearly objectives.
Ensure partners and our community are connected
Skills
Business partnering and negotiating skills.
Experience with business development is an advantage.
Good negotiation, prospecting, and closing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Entrepreneurial and Go’getter spirit is an advantage
