NWiTA is growing and we are looking for a Sponsorships Lead to join our exceptional changemakers community. In this role you will be a valued member of our Sponsorships team and will have the responsibility of managing and developing NWiTA's sponsors relations. The Sponsorships Lead will be responsible for identifying new main sponsors and developing the current sponsorships communications channels.
Responsibilities
Build a sustainable sponsorships strategy that benefits both NWiTA and our sponsors.
Work closely with our Marketing and Social media team to drive initiatives and enable growth.
Keep our sponsors engaged.
Identify new potential sponsorships
Deliver results against quarterly and yearly objectives.
Ensure sponsors and our community are connected
Skills
Business partnering and negotiating skills.
Experience with business development is an advantage.
Good negotiation, prospecting, and closing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Entrepreneurial and Go’getter spirit is an advantage
