Nordic Women in Tech Awards & Löyly Helsinki are inviting you for a Women in Tech Retreat Day as part of the Nordic Women in Tech Awards 2025 Gala Ceremony activities.
At Nordic Women in Tech Awards we are all about role models, connections, networking, empowerment and inspiration.
Löyly Helsinki will host our Women in Tech Retreat Day at their facilities on October 9th in Helsinki, Finland. Make sure you register directly using their platform at Löyly Helsinki | Unique Sauna & Restaurant by the Sea.
As soon as your booking is confirmed, send us an email to info@wondercoders.org, so we make sure we have an NWiTA wristband ready for you.

From 18:00 to 22:00 we invite all our finalists, judges, speakers, sponsors, partners, nominees, presenters and guests to a cocktail networking night before NWiTA Gala. This event is invite only and requires registration.
Day 2: 10.10.2025
On October 10th during the day NWiTA together with our 2025 Partners and Sponsors will host a conference, where you have the chance to participate in workshops, panels, hands-on sessions and more on topics such as Cyber Security, Data and AI, Talent attraction in Tech and much more. Join us for a half day of inspiring speeches, trendy topics, networking and knowledge sharing.
This event is part of Nordic Women in Tech Awards 2025 side activities.
Please note all students and NWiTA Gala 2025 Attendees receive a free access to the Conference . Kindly regoster and present your student ID and ID card (for NWiTA Gala Attendees) upon arrival. Topics and event timeline you can find upon registration. Register here

Your reservation ensures your entry to all NWiTA 2025 activities and covering non-refundable registration fees. Please note NWiTA is 100% volunteer-based NGO, with this fee you contribute to making the event a reality. In return, we offer 3-course menu and beverage, an unforgettable night, where you’ll have the opportunity to network with like-minded individuals, connect with industry professionals, and forge valuable connections. Nordic Women in Tech Awards is all about celebrating our Role models in the Nordic Tech scene.
And we want to give a chance to everyone, even if you are unable to join the NWiTA Gala ceremony on 10th of October at Clarion Hotel Helsinki, to be able to meet and network with NWiTA’s Role models.
Join us at Clarion Helsinki SkyBar for a night of drinks, celebration and networking.
You are welcome to bring your best friend, mentor and/or role model.
