The exception includes, among other things, the purchase of tickets for sporting events and cultural events, including theater performances, concerts, etc.

If you wish to make a complaint, you must contact us via info@wondercoders.org. - About access to an event
Check the information on the ticket, including the event info, date/time and address.
The ticket only allows entry for one person, unless otherwise stated. Illegal copying or resale of tickets may result in you being refused entry to the event. NWiTA have no responsibility for problems caused by illegal copying and/or resale of tickets.
There will often be restrictions on what effects may be brought to the event, e.g. drinks, cans, bottles, food, camera, video equipment, laser sticks, chairs, umbrellas, fireworks, weapons and the like.
Read more about other event-specific conditions that may be listed under the event on NWiTA website. NWiTA reserves the right to refuse entry to the venue/event, or to remove any person from the venue/event, with reference to applicable security considerations (including crowd surfing, moshing, or failure to meet the minimum requirements the spread of Covid-19) – or any unacceptable behavior that may cause injury, personal injury or irritation, or that violates the NWiTA’s terms and conditions. Any breach of this will result in you not being entitled to a refund.
- Transfer
It is, cf. “Act on the resale of tickets for cultural and sports events”, illegal to sell and resell tickets at a premium in Denmark. This means, among other things, that it is forbidden to resell tickets for a profit.
9.1. TICKET TRANSFER (Transfer tickets)
9.1.1
NWiTA offers a “Ticket Transfer ” feature for transferring tickets at many events. If Ticket Transfer is available, you can use it to transfer tickets you have purchased to e.g. friends or family, by contacting NWiTA via email: info@wondercoders.org.
9.1.2
Ticket Transfer must be used to transfer tickets to e.g. friends and family. So only use Ticket Transfer to transfer tickets to people you know and trust. It is not a tool to resell tickets.
9.1.3
Ticket Transfer can only be used for tickets, and not for any additional products purchased together with the ticket.
9.1.4
NWiTA reserves the right to cancel a Ticket Transfer transfer if we suspect fraud, breach of law, fraud or other conditions that are in breach of the Terms of Purchase or other conditions that may be valid.
9.1.5
You can cancel a Ticket Transfer, but only as long as the recipient has not accepted it yet.
9.1.6
IMPORTANT: Once the recipient has accepted your Ticket Transfer invitation, you can no longer:
– use your original ticket for the event
– cancel the transfer, or get the transferred ticket back in another way (since the recipient will get a new ticket with a new barcode)
– transfer the ticket. If a ticket is transferred several times using Ticket Transfer, only the ticket from the most recent transfer is valid. The barcode will be invalid on all previous tickets.
– if an event is canceled or moved, only the original ticket purchaser of the ticket can receive a possible refund. It is therefore only the original ticket buyer that NWiTA will be in contact with regarding the ticket and the event.
It is the responsibility of the original ticket buyer to ensure that the recipient of a transferred ticket receives the information that NWiTA may send out.
- Special restrictions
Please also note that there may be other or additional restrictions in relation to the transferability of tickets at the individual events. Tickets may not be used commercially for package sales, competitions, resale or the like, unless NWiTA has given permission for this. - NWiTA’s services
